Basically anytime of the day. Research have shown the best time to consume is approx 230ml:
Morning on Empty Stomach: 2 glasses
Before Lunch: 2 glasses
Evening: 2 glasses
Night: 2 glasses
Consuming Hydrogen on empty stomach increase the absorption rate and increases effectiveness.
However, Hydrogen is suitable to be consumed anytime of the day as Free Radicals are generated every second in our body.
